Over the past few years, I've learned the valuable importance of managing stress. Having the tools to enable the management of stress is a necessity. Exercise, some physical movement every day, is a big tool in my personal tool box.

Getting outside and walking is so exciting and feels great to your dog. It's the difference of him/her sitting bored and stressed waiting hours for your return versus having me stop by breaking up their boredom and getting them outside for an awesome walk.
